Tournament Registration
This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament. All participants must have an eligible USAV membership & eligibility requirements completed.
US Teams: One-Event Memberships are available.
Canadian Teams: USAV Foreign Participant paperwork MUST be submitted and approved by USA Volleyball prior to the event start date.

Acceptance Policy
This event is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES and payment of the required entry fee.

This tournament accepts payments on an “OK to Pay” model. If your team registers for the event and they fall within the tournament capacity, the ERVA staff will change the team’s status from “Pending” to “OK To Pay” in AES.

Refund Policy

Teams who cancel before 6:00 PM on 4/9/2025 will receive a full refund.

Teams who cancel after 6:00 PM on 4/9/2025 will receive no refund of any kind, for any reason.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Registration Status Information
Pending: Upon registering your team in AES, your status will initially be “Pending.” No further action is required from you at this stage. CEVA will review the time stamp of your registration and place you in one of two categories: OK to Pay or Waitlist (See Below). Please note that this status does not guarantee acceptance, and we advise against booking travel currently.
Ok to Pay: This status indicates tentative acceptance. To secure your spot, you must submit payment within 48 hours. Please note that this status does not guarantee acceptance, and we advise against booking travel currently.
Waitlist: If the division you entered fills up before your registration is complete, your status will be changed to “Waitlist.” You can email office@evergreenregion.org to check your waitlist position or to inquire about moving to another division. Do not submit payment unless your status is updated to “Ok to Pay.” Please note that this status does not guarantee acceptance, and we advise against booking travel currently.
Accepted: Once payment is received by a team marked as “OK to Pay,” your status will be updated to“Accepted.” This is the only status that confirms full acceptance in the event, and you may then proceed to book your travel arrangements.
